General Preferences

Control general behavior and display options.

These preferences apply to your vendor account and may also affect your dashboard experience.
Auto refresh dashboard Automatically refresh dashboard data while you are working.
Confirm important actions Ask for confirmation before deleting, cancelling or performing other irreversible actions.
Compact tables Use a denser layout for tables containing large amounts of vendor data.
Remember filters Remember your selected filters and sorting preferences between visits.

Dashboard Preferences

Select what you want to see first on your dashboard.

This view will be used when opening the vendor dashboard.
Default number of records shown in lists and tables.

Lead & Enquiry Preferences

Control how leads and enquiries are handled in your vendor workspace.

Open new enquiries automatically Open the enquiry detail page after creating or receiving a new enquiry.
Show lead matching suggestions Show relevant matching leads and recommendations in the vendor workspace.
Enable follow-up reminders Display reminders for pending lead and enquiry follow-ups.

Quote & Order Preferences

Configure default behavior for quotes and orders.

Auto-calculate quote totals Automatically calculate subtotal, taxes and total values while creating quotes.
Show order confirmation dialog Ask for confirmation before changing important order statuses.
Show completed orders in dashboard Include completed orders in the default dashboard order summary.

Display Preferences

Customize the visual behavior of your application.

Search Preferences

Configure how searches behave across the vendor application.

Search as you type Start searching automatically while entering search text.
Include archived records Include archived customers, leads, enquiries and other records in searches.

Accessibility

Improve usability and accessibility of the application.

Reduce animations Minimize visual animations and transitions.
High contrast mode Increase contrast for improved readability.

Privacy Preferences

Control optional data and personalization behavior.

Personalized recommendations Allow the application to use your vendor activity to improve recommendations.
Usage analytics Allow anonymous product usage analytics to help improve the application.
